BBQ Chicken Done Right

Ever wanted to make good 'ole BBQ chicken, but always end up with burnt outside & raw inside? Try our recipe for perfect BBQ chicken every time...

Ingredients
- (1) Whole Chicken 3 - 4 Lbs
- (16 oz) Greek Dressing (or any acidic marinade...apple cider vinegar, wine or beer)
- (8 - 12oz) BBQ sauce
Directions
- Cut chicken into parts (or buy it pre cut)
- Marinade the chicken over night, or 48 hours for extra tender chicken
- Set grill to high for 15 minutes, clean grates, and set to medium
- Place chicken on grill (do not add sauce), and turn pieces every 5 minutes
- Once mostly cooked (cut into thickest part, and don't see translucent meat), lower heat to low
- Begin basting BBQ sauce in small amounts, turn pieces every 3 - 5 minutes
- After each side has been basted twice, remove from grill and serve
- Best served with roasted root-crop medley (sweet potato, butternut squash, beet, onion, garlic), arugula salad & apple cobbler
