A week-long day camp centered around
discovering life as a farmer, various farming practices, and how you can
think, see, and act as a farmer in your daily life.
Campers explore the joys of farming through a
blend of learning activities, crafts, and games. Each day will
highlight a different farm area, farming practice, and aspect of farm
life with an emphasis on understanding, reverence, and stewardship.
Open to campers between 8 and 14 years old.
Camp begins at 10am & ends at 3pm, rain or shine. Camp meets at the Corn Crib (open red barn at the top of the driveway).
Please arrive fully hydrated, sunscreened
& bug-sprayed, wearing active, summer appropriate clothing &
shoes that can get wet & dirty (t-shirt, shorts & tennis shoes /
creek shoes). In addition, please bring a bag with a full water bottle,
snack, towel, and a change of clothes.
Lunch IS NOT provided, so please bring a lunch (Please let us know of any allergies in the release form - sent to you upon registration, to be filled out & brought on the first day of camp).
